This is a beautiful spacious 7 bedroom villa in an exclusive private villa sleeping 14+.
The swirling staircase leads onto the 1st floor, with a beautiful Naya with a magnificent table and chairs for 14 persons.Through the main door, or sliding patio doors is the large triple aspect Lounge diner,with a built in wood burning fire.Leading off this room is a magnificent large kitchen with all amenities.There is a door leading onto another naya with patio tables and chairs and a 2nd stair case leading down to the garden and swimming pool.The 4 bedrooms on this level all have twin beds which can be changed into super king size beds at extra cost.Also bunk beds and extra beds can be added.The bedrooms have ceiling fans, mosquito netting and hair dryers. Also bunk beds and extra beds can be added at an extra cost.On the ground floor the patio doors open into the children's entertainment room with Play station 2 (bring your own games) DVD and VCR player.Through the doorway leading into another kitchen and dining area.through the hall way,3 further bedrooms and 3 shower rooms 2 en -suite. One bedroom has a doorway leading through a terrace area to the swimming pool.The swimming pool is 10 x 5 closed in and not overlooked.There is a poolside cabana with Bar, fridge freezer sink, marble table and patio chairs.A further 2 poolside cabanas have Pool table free to play, table tennis table and table football.Outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Separate WC.
On the ground floor in a separate area (Away from the 3 bedroom and 4 bedroom apartments) the Home cinema room has free to air Sat TV, DVD VCR and CD with wall projection.(Fantastic sound ) never missThere is a Laundry area to the back of the villa with washing lines available. There is room for up to 5 vehicles in the private drive. There is a supermarket just 2 min's walk away and several excellent restaurants,bars cafes banks and shops within a very short distance. This is an ideal situation for a relaxing family holiday yet close to the centre of the town.The villa is no smoking however there are plenty of terraces to smoke.

Area Description

Javea is the jewel of the costa Blanca, as it has a beautiful white sandy beach. There are 3 sections, the port with its Marina, rocky beach area, restaurants, bars and shops. The old town, with its cobbled streets and town houses with cascading window baskets, shops, cafes and restaurants and The Arenal which is the beach area, with shops restaurants, bars, and nightlife . Benidorm is only a 45 minute drive away with Terra Mitica them park, Aqualandia and Mundamar ( Sea World)

The nearest train station is Gata which is 3 miles away.
I suggest you hire a car as there is so much to see in and around Javea.
