Set in a traditional Spanish village on the edge of orange/lemon groves.The village pool & shops & bars are only a couple of minutes walk away.The neareast beach of Denia is only 15 min drive away, this finca is an ideal place for leisurely strolls through beautiful local countryside visiting other villages set in quaint unspoilt valleys.This charming finca enjoys beautiful views from the sun terrace over mountains, villages and the sea. The coast of Denia is only 15 mins drive to many unspoilt beaches. For the golfers there are two golf courses (Oliva Nova and La Sella) which are only 20 mins away. The spacious gardens offer all day sun for sun bathing or alternatively you can seek shade under the pergola or trees during hot relaxing afternoons. The interior boasts attractive furnishings with open plan cosy lounge complete with romantic old-style fireplace and two/three seater sofas. The finca is amply equipped with all mod cons including CD Hi-Fi, UK/Sat/TV and Video with a selection of videos(you can also rent videos from nearby Orba). Also (if needed) there are two large portable fans available. There are two bedrooms, one King double with ceiling fan and 1 twin, both en-suite. The fully equipped kitchen/diner has, oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave,washing machime, iron & ironing board etc and boasts comfortable dining table and chairs with overhead ceiling fan. Outside is a gas barbeque for \'al fresco\' cooking with seating in the open naya or on the sun terraces. The property offers secure private parking. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby also the famous historic caves (Cuevas De Las Calaveras)\"cave of sculls\" of Benidoleig.

Area Description

Benidoleig is an historic Spanish village which makes this property the ideal base for visiting this beautiful part of Spain. The coastal resorts of Denia, Javea and Calpe are only a short drive away. Benidorm and its famous Terra Mitica Water Park is only 30 mins away by car. The area also offers many types of various activities to keep all ages amused. The new village pool is only a couple of mins walk away.
