There is a beautiful lake shaped pool which is shared with the residents of the sierra cortina resort. It has a fully fitted kitchen, downstairs cloakroom,ENGLISH tv,DVD, video and cd. It has a large garden and sun terrace with views to the sea and the pool. It is also fully air conditioned. The property is in a quiet location on a brand new luxury development, but only minutes form the beaches and town. There are plenty of shops including a large Carrefour store close by.

Area Description

Set underneath the mountains of the sierra cortina 3 minutes from la cala bay and before finestrat village. A delightfull place which is still uncomercialised. You will be surrounded by orange,almond and lemon groves.
The sierra cortina is an upmarket resort attached to the neuvo golf bahia residencia.We have 2 18 hole golf courses CLOSE BY CALLED THE REAL DE FAULA GOLF COURSE A 19 HOLE PITCH AND PUTT WITH DISCOUNT FOR OUR GUESTS..WE NOW HAVE A LUXURY SPA WITH RESTAURANT AND BAR ON THE RESORT WITH EVERY TYPE OF PAMPER TREATMENT TO HELP YOU UNWIND.

With two 18-hole courses designed by Jack Nicklaus, the Real de Faula Resort is the best option on the Costa Blanca for golfers, within 1 min drive from the Villa, right next to Terra Mitica.

This course, whose features are typical of Nicklaus designs, is an American style course with broad fairways, and exquisitely moulded greens; it is more than 6,612 meters long. Players on the golf course can enjoy marvelous views of the Mediterranean, and the Finestrat mountain range.

Because the golf course is not part of any real estate development or urban area, it allows players to enjoy their game in completely natural surroundings with uninterrupted views of the sea and mountains in the spectacular setting provided by Spain's Levante region the south eastern Mediterranean shore with its coastal range.
