Property Details

Villa Colina Vista is situated in the country-side, north of Valencia amidst the orange groves.The house lies close to the villages of Algimia de Alfara and Torres-Torres. The blue flag beaches of Canet de Berenguer and Playa Sagunto can be reached within a 20 minute drive.
The house is on one level and comprises an open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area. There are two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. There is a bathroom with a four piece suite and shower. The house is set on a spacious 1000 metre plot and within the garden there is a selection of Mediterranean fruit trees and grape vines running the length of the house. There is a large fig tree under which it is delightful to sit having lunch in the shade or enjoy an evening meal by candlelight.There is a built in barbeque house and stairs lead to an upper sun terrace with pool. Access to the house and garage is through double gates which lead to a driveway with covered carporch suitable for two cars.The house is comfortably appointed with new furnishings and fixtures consisting of leather two/three seater suite with lazyboys, pine table and chairs for six and a fully fitted kitchen. There is a TV with video/dvd player and CD player with radio and cassette.

Area Description

Within easy reach of the house there is someting for everyone - blue flag beaches, impressive Roman ruins, traditional villages, mountain spa towns, a rich musical culture with many open-air, free concerts, spectacular fiestas and the delightful city of Valencia. The city of Valencia offers numerous museums and interesting historic centre, fantastic science centre and oceanographic, an excellent array of fashion houses and wide selection of eating places. An early start will take you to Salou and Port Aventura, or Benidorm and Terra Mitica theme parks. In the nearby towns of Segorbe, Sagunto and Puerto Sagunto you will find the hustle and bustle of traditional Spanish markets. There is easy access to the A23 and to all coastal resorts the length of Costa Blanca and Costa del Azahar.
